Course policy
Terms and conditions
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These terms apply to registration, online lessons and course resources provided by Vrindavan Hindi Course. By registering or confirming a lesson, a student agrees to these terms.
Registration and course access
The one-time registration fee is ₹1,000. Registration may be completed before lessons begin or after the first few lessons. Once registration is complete, the student receives access to the digital study material and downloadable course audio included with the course.
Lessons and fees
A one-hour one-to-one lesson costs ₹750. A one-hour lesson for two students costs ₹1,000 in total, or ₹500 per student. Lessons take place online through Google Meet. For the regular course, students may take between one and five lessons each week, subject to availability. Separate intensive instruction and additional reading or conversation support lessons may be arranged individually.
Booking and payment
A lesson is confirmed when its date, time and payment arrangement have been accepted. Payment may be made per lesson or in advance for several lessons. International payments may be made through Wise or another agreed international transfer service. UPI is available for payments from Indian bank accounts. Any transfer fees are the student’s responsibility.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Students should provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed lesson. A lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. Genuine emergencies will be considered reasonably. If the teacher needs to cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled or the related lesson payment will be credited or returned.
Technical problems
Students are responsible for a suitable device, reliable internet connection and an appropriate learning environment. If a substantial technical problem prevents a lesson, both parties should communicate promptly and make a reasonable rescheduling arrangement. A teacher-side failure will not cause the student to lose the lesson.
Homework, notes and progress
Homework is assigned with each lesson and may be submitted, corrected and returned outside lesson time. This support is included in the lesson fee. The teacher’s notes on the topic being covered are recorded in the chat during each lesson, and a written progress evaluation is provided every ten lessons.
Recordings
Students may make their own recording of a live lesson for personal study only. Vrindavan Hindi Course does not automatically provide a recording of every lesson. A recording may not be shared, uploaded, published, sold or used by another person without written permission.
Course material
Digital study material, audio, assignments, lesson notes and feedback are provided only for the enrolled student’s personal learning. They may not be copied for others, republished, sold, uploaded or distributed without written permission.
Refunds
The registration fee is not refundable after digital course resources have been supplied. Unused prepaid lesson fees may be returned, less the value of completed lessons, applicable late cancellations and non-recoverable transfer charges.
